Located on nearly five acres at the corner of
Jamboree Road and Back Bay Drive in the City of

rental units for tenants aged 62 and
older. Twenty-four units will be offered to tenants
whose annual income does not exceed 50% of Area
Median Income, while 95 units will be available to
those whose annual income does not exceed 60% of
Area Median Income.
