NBPL Foundation
| Established in 1989 as a collaborative public-private partnership with the city of Newport Beach, California, the Newport Beach Public Library Foundation has grown into one of the most successful 501(c)(3) non-Profit organizations in the country. After having completed a capital campaign to build a new Central Library, the forward-thinking members of the Foundation changed direction in 1993 to meet the evolving needs of a growing, dynamic community.
