The Newport Beach Oasis Senior Center is operated by the Community Services Department. The Center also has a non-profit support group, the Friends of OASIS, Inc. They generate support through donation drives and fundraisers held periodically throughout the year. They seek donations from present and past center participants, community individuals and businesses, and local and national foundations and corporations. They ask that citizens with the financial means who support the center's activities and focus consider a gift to the center.

They also encourage all citizens to participate in Oasis Center fundraisers.
