In addition to regular public transportation, OCTA offers paratransit to disabled citizens of all ages. This service provides curb to curb transit to individuals whom due to age or disability cannot use the existing bus system. In general, citizens who cannot board, ride on, or disembark from conventional buses and citizens who cannot reach a bus stop due to age or disability should use specialized transit services. Contacting the OCTA at (714) 636-7433 can access these transit services. To apply for specialized transit, you must fill out an application explaining your limitations regarding transportation.
