The Utilities Department, Water Quality Division is always working to maintain the purity and quality of the city's water supply. They are always happy to answer customer concerns about water quality. Whether you are experiencing cloudy or discolored water, or your water has developed an unusual odor or taste, let the department know immediately so that they may investigate the situation. For more information, or to speak with a water quality official about your water, contact the Utilities Department between 7:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Friday at 644-3011. If you are experiencing a serious water quality problem over the weekend or after-hours, please contact the Police Department Dispatch Center at 644-3717. The dispatcher will immediately contact a Utilities Department Duty Personnel who will respond to your home or business.
