Librarians at all sites are available to help customers find information, use resources and suggest titles for leisure reading. In addition to in-person services, reference specialists at the central library are accessible by phone, FAX and a hotline from branch libraries. Contact library reference by phone, during normal operating hours Monday-Saturday at 717-3800, extension 2. There is no telephone service on Sundays. Central reference staff can also provide information via e-mail at nbplref@city.newport-beach.ca.us. The library's home page at http://www.newportbeachlibrary.org allows customers to access a wealth of online reference sources.
