The Newport Beach Public Library consists of a Central Library and 3 branches.

The Central Library is located at 1000 Avocado Avenue and is open from 9:00am to 9:00pm Monday through Thursday, 9:00am to 6:00pm Friday and Saturday, and noon to 5:00pm on Sunday.

The Balboa Branch Library is located at 100 E. Balboa Boulevard. The Library is open Monday and Wednesday from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 9:00am to 6:00pm. The Balboa Branch Library is closed on Sunday.

The Corona del Mar Branch Library is located at 420 Marigold Ave. Hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Tuesday through Saturday. The Library is open noon to 9:00pm on Wednesday. The Corona del Mar Branch Library is closed on Sunday and Monday.

The Mariners Branch Library is located at 1300 Irvine Avenue. The Library is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm; Friday and Saturday from 9:00am to 6:00pm. The Mariners Branch Library is closed on Sunday.
