Here's how it works:

Fill out the registration form. When you click the "sign up" button at the bottom of the form, you will be connected to a page with a review form that you can print out.

For every book you read, fill out a review form and bring it to the library. Every review is an entry into the weekly prize drawings, and the Grand Prize drawing at the end of the summer. After you turn in your first five reviews, you get a free paperback book. The more you read, the more chances you have to win!
