On February 7th, 2007 the City of Newport Beach added an exciting new online service available for our Municipal Services Statement customers. Business License customers can now view and print their current and past statements as a PDF image on our web site 24 hours a day, 7 days week. This will be of great value to those customers who don't like to rely on the post office for timely delivery. Frequently, customer's rely on the city's billing office to provide copies of old statements for various needs, now they are just a few clicks away and no phone call is needed during business hours. Statements are available as far back as December 2003.
Interested Business License customers simply go to our web site and click the tab "Online Services" then click on "View Business License Statements". For the first time users the login is their NBID and account number which can be found on their statements. Then they can change the password to their choice for security. It's easy to use, efficient, secure and conveniently available anytime.
